Chief Spaulding has been with Lake Chinook Fire & Rescue since November 1st 2025. Chief Spaulding has decades in the fire service, he is tasked with overseeing every aspect of the fire district. 

Prevention and Mitigation Captain Levi Horn has been with Lake Chinook Fire & Rescue since November 7th 2023. He is responsible for all of the fuels mitigation projects, prevention outreach and education, fire suppression, medical care, burn permits, Firewise USA support, agency liaison with our partners, grants and more.

Firefighter Ed Goldmann has been with Lake Chinook Fire & Rescue since 2019. Ed is a resident of Forest Park. Ed is responsible for a lot of the apparatus maintenance, as well as other station maintenance. Ed is an active volunteer first responder, and puts in a lot of hours each year.

Firefighter Roy Eckelman has been with Lake Chinook Fire & Rescue since 2018. Roy is a resident of Air Park. Roy is our go to guy for our larger apparatus such as our type 4 wildland engine and tender. Roy is our primary apparatus driver instructor. Roy has also had a hand in some apparatus maintenance. Roy is an active volunteer first responder, and puts in a lot of hours each year.

Jeff Taylor is a resident of Three Rivers LOA joined Lake Chinook Fire & Rescue on September 1st, 2026 as a volunteer apparatus operator. Jeff brings years of experience in safety and operations to the department.

Carol Taylor is a resident of Three Rivers. Carol volunteers as an apparatus operator, and is enrolled in EMT class.

Meg is a long time resident of Three Rivers. Meg has volunteered in many roles with LCFR over the years. Meg is currently an apparatus operator.
